Baked Stuffed Lobster

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters
  • boiling water
  • sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup of ritz cracker crumb
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh shrimp or 1/2 cup crab

Recipe

  • 1 parboil lobster for 7 minues in salted water.
  • 2 remove and cool.
  • 3 place the lobster on its back and use a good size, firm knife.
  • 4 start at the lobsters mouth and quickly slice down the middle of the body and tail.
