Butter Crunchies

Ingredients
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 cup nuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Recipe
- 1 combine noodles and nuts in bowl.
- 2 set aside.
- 3 mix butter honey.
- 4 sugar vanilla in saucepan.
- 5 bring to a boil stirring constantly.
- 6 add morsel.
- 7 bring off heat stir until melted and smooth.
- 8 pour over noodles.
- 9 stir.
- 10 drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper ( i pam cookie sheet ).
- 11 chill til firm.
