- 125 g butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 3/4 cup self raising flour
Recipe
- 1 mix butter, essence, sugar and egg till smooth.
- 2 mix in the rest.
- 3 shape 2 teaspoon of stuff into small balls on to greased platter.
- 4 bake in oven, moderate heat for 12 minutes.
