- 370 g chocolate cake mix
- 2 cups cookies & cream ice cream, softened
- 2 eggs
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180.c or 160.c fan-forced.
- 2 grease & line a deep 20cm round cake pan.
- 3 using an electric mixer beat together cake mix, ice-cream & eggs for 1 min, scraping down the bowl.
- 4 beat on med for 3 mins, pour into pan & bake for 35-40 mins or until cooked through.
