Chocolate Lover’s Cheesecakes

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 (250 g) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 6 squares baker's semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1/4 cup disorono liqueur
- melted chocolate, for topping, enough to drizzle
- 1/4 cup toasted almond, slivered for topping
Recipe
- 1 mix together crumbs and butter.
- 2 press on bottom of a 9� springform pan. set aside.
- 3 beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. add eggs, one at a time, and mix until just blended.
- 4 mix in chocolate and liqueur and pour mixture into crust.
- 5 bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit, for 45 to 50 minutes or until center is almost set.
- 6 cool completely, then refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
- 7 drizzle with melted chocolate and almonds before serving.
