Ingredients

- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup splenda granular
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/3 cups flour
Recipe
- 1 mix softened margarine, sugar and splenda til fluffy.
- 2 add egg and vanilla.
- 3 add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
- 4 drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper lined sheet.
- 5 bake 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
