Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup fine coconut
Recipe
- 1 beat egg whites until they stand in peaks.
- 2 gradually add sugar, beat again until stiff.
- 3 carefully fold in coconut.
- 4 drop by teaspoonful on a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper and sprayed with veggie spray.
- 5 bake in a 250°f oven for 25 minutes.
- 6 do not preheat oven.
