Coconut Macaroons

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened dried shredded coconut (organic)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flour
  • 1 dash sea salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325.
  • 2 place egg whites in mixing bowl and beat until stiff peaks form.
  • 3 in small bowl combine shredded coconut, coconut flour, dash of salt, stir and add to egg whites.
  • 4 stir in vanilla.
  • 5 drop from tablespoon onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • 6 bake for 15-20 minutes, or until edges get crispy and golden.
