Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 3 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened dried shredded coconut (organic)
- 1 teaspoon coconut flour
- 1 dash sea salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325.
- 2 place egg whites in mixing bowl and beat until stiff peaks form.
- 3 in small bowl combine shredded coconut, coconut flour, dash of salt, stir and add to egg whites.
- 4 stir in vanilla.
- 5 drop from tablespoon onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6 bake for 15-20 minutes, or until edges get crispy and golden.
