Corned Beef & Swiss Cocktail Toasts

Total Time: 23 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons brown mustard
  • 1/4 lb corned beef, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese (2 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • paprika
  • 1 (1 package) package rye cocktail bread, toasted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat broiler.
  • 2 mix cream cheese and mustard with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  • 3 stir in meat, swiss cheese and onion.
  • 4 spread on toast slices and sprinkle with paprika.
  • 5 place on cookie sheet and broil 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • 6 or to make ahead: place on cookie sheet and freeze 1 hour or until firm.
  • 7 place in freezer-safe container.
  • 8 freeze up to 1 month.
  • 9 when ready to serve, thaw 10 minutes and broil as directed.
