Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushroom Caps

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 24 large mushrooms, stems removed & cleaned
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated (or other tasty cheese)
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (, or other nuts)
  • pineapple juice (to sprinkle over them)

Recipe

  • 1 combine cheeses and nuts.
  • 2 fill the mushroom cavities.
  • 3 sprinkle with pineapple juice.
  • 4 place on a cookie sheet, cover& bake in 350f oven for 20 minutes.
  • 5 if you wish, remove cover and broil for a minute or two.
