Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar.
- 2 add egg.
- 3 add flour, salt, baking powder and pecans.
- 4 mix in vanilla.
- 5 chill dough 1 hour.
- 6 roll out 1/8 inch thick and cut with any size cutter.
- 7 bake at 400 for 8 minutes or until nice and light brown.
