Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

- 16 ounces mushrooms
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 12 ounces crabmeat
- parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 combine mushroom stems, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, mozzarella cheese and crab into a food processor. mix well, until no large chunks of crab are left.
- 3 spoon mixture into mushroom caps. about 1 tbsp each, depending on the size of your mushrooms.
- 4 top each with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
- 5 place on a cookie sheet and bake for roughly 15 minutes.
- 6 let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
- 7 enjoy!
