Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies

Ingredients
- 200 g butter, melted
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup glace cherries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
Recipe
- 1 beat butter, sugars, and eggs until smooth.
- 2 stir in remaining ingredients, then mix well.
- 3 roll tablespoons of mixture into balls, place approximately 5cm apart on a greased tray.
- 4 bake at 180c for 15 minutes or until firm.
- 5 allow biscuits to stand for 5 minutes, before cooling on wire racks.
