Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 200 g butter, melted
  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup caster sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup glace cherries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts

Recipe

  • 1 beat butter, sugars, and eggs until smooth.
  • 2 stir in remaining ingredients, then mix well.
  • 3 roll tablespoons of mixture into balls, place approximately 5cm apart on a greased tray.
  • 4 bake at 180c for 15 minutes or until firm.
  • 5 allow biscuits to stand for 5 minutes, before cooling on wire racks.
