Ingredients
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1 cup powdered icing sugar
- 2 medium beaten eggs
- 1/2 chopped pecans
- 24 cut up marshmallows
- coconut, for rolling
Recipe
- 1 melt the chocolate.
- 2 remove from heat.
- 3 add the sugar, and beat in the beaten eggs.
- 4 let cool.
- 5 add nuts, and marshmallows.
- 6 spread coconut onto wax paper and place one tsp of mixture onto coconut.
- 7 cool.
- 8 roll into balls.
- 9 chill.
