Chocolate Horses 1950 (canadian)

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup powdered icing sugar
  • 2 medium beaten eggs
  • 1/2 chopped pecans
  • 24 cut up marshmallows
  • coconut, for rolling

Recipe

  • 1 melt the chocolate.
  • 2 remove from heat.
  • 3 add the sugar, and beat in the beaten eggs.
  • 4 let cool.
  • 5 add nuts, and marshmallows.
  • 6 spread coconut onto wax paper and place one tsp of mixture onto coconut.
  • 7 cool.
  • 8 roll into balls.
  • 9 chill.
