Aggression Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla (this brand with a long name)
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 24 ounces semisweet chocolate bars
- 12 ounces chocolate baking bar
- 14 ounces macadamia nuts
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 with thick chinese meat cleaver, hack to pieces: chocolate bars and macadamia nuts.
- 3 in a large bowl, thrash butter and sugars until uniform.
- 4 beat in eggs and vanilla.
- 5 add flour and baking soda; whip until smooth.
- 6 toss in chocolate chunks and nuts.
- 7 to avoid the "chocolate chip cookie manhole cover" look, refrigerate the cookie dough for a couple of hours before baking.
- 8 throw batter by tablespoons full onto an ungreased baking sheet—aim so that the cookies land 2 inches apart.
- 9 bake until golden, about 10-12 minutes.
- 10 using a spatula, pry the cookies loose from the baking sheet, and allow them to vent on wire racks.
- 11 note. you may substitute chocolate and chocolate chips for the bars if you are not feeling particularly angst-ridden.
