Apricot Scones

Ingredients
- 2 cups bisquick baking mix
- 1/3 cup dried apricot, chopped
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
- 1 egg
- milk
- sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- 2 grease cookie sheet. mix baking mix, apricots, sugar, whipping cream and egg until dough forms.
- 3 turn onto surface dusted with baking mix, roll in baking mix to coat.
- 4 shape into ball, knead 10 times.
- 5 pat into 8 inch circle on cookie sheet. brush with milk, sprinkle with sugar. cut into 8 wedges.
- 6 bake 12 minutes or until golden brown, separate carefully.
- 7 serve warm.
