Apricot Scones

Total Time: 27 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bisquick baking mix
  • 1/3 cup dried apricot, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup whipping cream
  • 1 egg
  • milk
  • sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 grease cookie sheet. mix baking mix, apricots, sugar, whipping cream and egg until dough forms.
  • 3 turn onto surface dusted with baking mix, roll in baking mix to coat.
  • 4 shape into ball, knead 10 times.
  • 5 pat into 8 inch circle on cookie sheet. brush with milk, sprinkle with sugar. cut into 8 wedges.
  • 6 bake 12 minutes or until golden brown, separate carefully.
  • 7 serve warm.
