Bearnaise Bread (bread Machine/ Abm)

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tarragon (dried)
- 2 1/4 teaspoons dijon mustard (sharp recommended)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 egg
- 6 tablespoons tarragon vinegar (sub vinegar plus extra tarragon)
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 add the ingredients into your bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions. process on wheat or medium setting, or do a dough cycle and shape into a loaf, baking on parchment paper on a cookie sheet for 30-35 minutes at 375°f.
