Cookies-and-cream Cake

Ingredients

• 18 1/4 ounces cake mix
• 1 1/4 cups water
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 3 egg whites
• 1 1/2 cups oreo cookies, crushed
• 16 ounces vanilla frosting
• 1/2 cup oreo cookies, crushed

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 in a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, and egg whites until smooth.
• 3 gently stir in crushed cookies.
• 4 pour batter into greased and floured 9x13" pan.
• 5 bake 25 to 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• 6 cool completely.
• 7 mix frosting ingredients and spread over cake. (i also crushed oreos over the top of the frosted cake for extra oreo flavor).
