Cream Cheese Cut-out Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 3 ounces cream cheese
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 egg yolk
• 2 1/4 cups flour

Recipe

• 1 cream sugar, butter, cream cheese, salt, extract, and egg yolk until light. add flour blending well. chill dough several hours or overnight.
• 2 when ready to bake, preheat oven to 375°f.
• 3 using a section at a time, roll dough to 1/8 inch thickness on a floured cloth. cut into desired shapes and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 7-10 minutes or until light golden. cool on rack.
