Cream Cheese Lemon Bars/kit Kat Crust

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces kit kat bars
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor, finely chop kit kat bars -- and spread evenly in bottom of an 8x8" square pan -- bake for 5 minutes.set aside.
