Carmelized Onion Focaccia Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 premade pizza crust (boboli bread, focaccia, or your own recipe)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper
- 8 slices deli provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup greek olive, cut in half

Recipe
- 1 melt butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
- 2 cook onions and garlic in butter and olive oil over medium-low or low heat until they are browned and carmelized - 10 to 15 minutes. stir frequently.
- 3 heat the oven to 450 degrees.
- 4 spread a little olive oil on the bread or crust and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
