Chickpea Crunchies

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups canned chick-peas, drained well and blotted dry
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400*.
  • 2 toss the chickpeas with the seasonings and spread on a nonstick cookie sheet.
  • 3 bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
