- 2 cups canned chick-peas, drained well and blotted dry
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400*.
- 2 toss the chickpeas with the seasonings and spread on a nonstick cookie sheet.
- 3 bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.
