Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Recipe

• 1 beat the eggs in a mixing bowl at high speed for 3 minutes or until frothy.
• 2 add the flour, sugar and brown sugar and beat until blended.
• 3 beat in the butter.
• 4 stir in the chocolate chips and pecans.
• 5 spoon the chocolate mixture into the pie shell.
• 6 bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes or until the center is set.
• 7 let stand until cool.
