Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 125 g butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/3 cup caster sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 180 degrees.
• 2 cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
• 3 mix in the vanilla essence and egg.
• 4 stir in flour until combined.
• 5 add choc chips.
• 6 put large teaspoons of mixture onto a greased tray.
• 7 put in oven for 15 minutes or until browned.
