Ingredients
- 60 g butter
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 85 g cream filled cookies, crushed
- 110 g milk chocolate
Recipe
- 1 melt butter, syrup, cocoa and sugar together gently.
- 2 stir in crushed cookies, mix well.
- 3 spoon into greased 7 inch square tin.
- 4 press down firmly.
- 5 melt chocolate and spread over top.
- 6 leave to set before cutting into slices.
