Chocolate Creme De Mints

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips, nestles
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons mint flavored liqueur
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 melt over hot (not boiling) water, milk chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
  • 2 remove from heat.
  • 3 blend in sour cream.
  • 4 stir in mint flavored liqueur.
  • 5 transfer to a small bowl.
  • 6 chill until thickened, about 30 minutes.
  • 7 fill pastry bag fitted with decorative tip; pipe 1-inch candies onto foil-lined cookie sheets.
  • 8 chill until ready to serve.
