Chocolate Creme De Mints
Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips, nestles
- 2 1/2 tablespoons mint flavored liqueur
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 melt over hot (not boiling) water, milk chocolate chips; stir until smooth.
- 2 remove from heat.
- 3 blend in sour cream.
- 4 stir in mint flavored liqueur.
- 5 transfer to a small bowl.
- 6 chill until thickened, about 30 minutes.
- 7 fill pastry bag fitted with decorative tip; pipe 1-inch candies onto foil-lined cookie sheets.
- 8 chill until ready to serve.
