Coconut Wreaths - Kokoshringir

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 150 g sugar
  • 200 g butter, softened
  • 1 egg

Recipe

  • 1 mix flour, coconut and sugar.
  • 2 fold in the egg and butter and knead.
  • 3 run through a cookie press, taking lengths of about 8 cm. and forming them into circles.
  • 4 put on a baking sheet and bake at about 180°c for about 8 minutes, or until they are a light golden colour.
