Cookies And Cream Wedges

Ingredients

• 2 cups crushed oreo cookies (about 24 cookies)
• 1/3 cup butter, melted
• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, grated

Recipe

• 1 combine crushed cookies and butter. press into the bottom and up the side of a 9-inch springform pan.
• 2 beat the cream cheese until smooth.
• 3 gradually add sugar and vanilla.
• 4 whip the whipping cream. fold whipped cream and grated chocolate into cream cheese mixture.
• 5 pile the filling mixture into crust. garnish with additional chocolate, if desired.
• 6 chill completely before serving.
