Crazy Easy Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 1/2 lb lamb sausage
• 2 lbs lean ground beef
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup diced onion
• 2 tablespoons garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1 tablespoon pepper
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 tablespoon cumin

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
• 2 mix the lamb sausage and the ground beef in a large metal bowl. mix together.
• 3 add the eggs, onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir.
• 4 pour mixture into a square baking pan.
• 5 once the meat mixture has formed to the shape of the baking pan, turn the pan over onto a cookie sheet, leaving a perfectly shaped meatloaf.
• 6 combine ketchup and cumin in a bowl and spread over the top of the loaf.
• 7 bake in the over for 90 minutes or until the loaf reaches an internal temperature of 155°f.
