Cream Cheese Lemon Bars

Ingredients

- 1 (18 1/2 ounce) lemon cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 eggs, divided
- 2 cups lemon frosting, canned
- 8 ounces cream cheese
Recipe
- 1 grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- 2 combine cake mix, butter, and 1 egg.
- 3 stir until moisten. press into pan.
- 4 blend frosting into cream cheese.
- 5 reserve 1/2 cup mixture to frost bars.
- 6 set aside.
- 7 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 8 add remaining eggs to remaining frosting mixture.
- 9 beat 3-5 minutes at high speed.
- 10 spread over base.
- 11 bake about 30 minutes.
- 12 cool slightly and frost with reserved frosting.
- 13 cut into bars.
