Curried Chicken Puffs

Ingredients
- Servings: 18
- 1/2 cup water 
- 1/3 cup butter 
- 2/3 cup flour 
- 1 dash salt 
- 2 eggs 
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese 
- 1/4 cup milk 
- 1/4 teaspoon salt 
- 1 dash curry powder 
- 1 dash pepper 
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken 
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted 
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped 
Recipe
- 1 bring water to a boil. 
- 2 add flour and salt; stir vigorously over low heat til mixture forms a ball. 
- 3 remove from heat; add eggs one at a time, beating til smooth. 
- 4 place a level tablespoon of batter on ungreased sheet. 
- 5 bake at 400 for 25 minutes. 
- 6 cool. 
- 7 combine cream cheese, milk, salt, curry powder& pepper, mixing until well blended. 
- 8 add chicken, almonds& onion; mix lightly. 
- 9 cut tops from the puffs and fill with chicken mixture. 
- 10 replace tops. 
- 11 place puffs on a cookie sheet.
