Curry Turnovers

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 1/3 cups potatoes
  • 1/3 cup onion
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 5 tablespoons chicken stock

Recipe

  • 1 mix flour and margarine todether.
  • 2 stir in water until dough forms.
  • 3 cill for 30 minutes.
  • 4 for filling, heat everything in a saucepan and stir for 5 minutes.
  • 5 cover for 10 minutes until cookied.
  • 6 roll out dough andd cut into 4 rectangels.
  • 7 spoon infilling.
  • 8 bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
