Curry Turnovers

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 4 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/3 cups potatoes
- 1/3 cup onion
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 5 tablespoons chicken stock
Recipe
- 1 mix flour and margarine todether.
- 2 stir in water until dough forms.
- 3 cill for 30 minutes.
- 4 for filling, heat everything in a saucepan and stir for 5 minutes.
- 5 cover for 10 minutes until cookied.
- 6 roll out dough andd cut into 4 rectangels.
- 7 spoon infilling.
- 8 bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
