Aunt Sarah's No-bake Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

- 2 (6 ounce) packets tea biscuits
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2-2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 break biscuits into thirds.
- 2 in a saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- 3 add sugar and chocolate and mix until melted.
- 4 add milk and eggs, mix and cook until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
- 5 add vanilla and biscuits and mix until combined.
- 6 the cookies should break during mixing into small pieces.
- 7 place mixture onto a large piece of foil, and form into a log, about 2 inches in diameter.
- 8 wrap in foil and freeze for two hours, then slice and keep refrigerated.
