Dee Dee's Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 (18 3/4 ounce) box duncan hines yellow cake mix
• 1 egg yolk
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 -2 cup chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 in a mixer, cream the egg yoke, butter, cream cheese and vanilla.
• 2 gradually add the cake mix.
• 3 stir in the chocolate chips.
• 4 roll into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet.
• 5 bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
• 6 do not overcook…that’s what keeps them soft.
