Ingredients
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Recipe
- 1 in bowl combine flour and baking powder, blend well. cream the butter, salt , vanilla, add the sugar and the honey and beat well. add flour mixture, oatmeal, coconut and nuts. pack into a greased 9 inches square pan.
- 2 bake at 325° for 45 minutes, cut into squares while warm.
