Ingredients
- 7 tablespoons butter, softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 cups ground pecans
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- powdered sugar
Recipe
- 1 in bowl, cream butter and cream cheese.beat in egg yolks, gradually add flour, cover and refrigerate overnight --
- 2 remove from refrigerator 1 hour before rolling.

- 5 divide dough into 4ths.roll into 1/8" thickness.
- 6 cut with round cutter, place 1" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

- 8 bake at 350* for 12-15 minutes or lightly browned --
- 9 roll warm cookies in powdered sugar.
- 10 place on wire rack to cool.
