Cream Cheese Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter (softened) or 1/4 cup margarine (softened)
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
• 1 egg
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 (18 1/2 ounce) package devil's food cake mix

Recipe

• 1 cream butter and cheese.
• 2 blend in egg and vanilla.
• 3 slowly add dry cake mix, 1/3 of mix at a time, mixing well after each addition. if using mixer, add lat 1/3 of cake mix by hand.
• 4 cover and chill for 30 minutes.
• 5 heat oven to 350.
• 6 drop by small teaspoonfulls onto ungreased baking sheet.
• 7 bake 8-10 minutes or until light brown.
• 8 cool slightly before removing from baking sheet.
