Cream Cheese Filled Biscuits

- 2 cups biscuit mix (suggest bisquick)
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- milk, to moisten
- flour
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
- 2 grease cookie sheet.
- 3 in mixing bowl, cut cream cheese into biscuit mix until cornmeal consistency.
- 4 add milk until dough is moistened.
- 5 place dough onto floured surface and knead 2-3 times (do not overknead or biscuits will be tough).
- 6 use rolling pin to roll dough to desired thickness.
- 7 cut biscuits with a round cookie cutter or biscuit cutter.
- 8 place on cookie sheet.
- 9 bake until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes.
