Cream Cheese Filled Biscuits

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 cups biscuit mix (suggest bisquick)
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • milk, to moisten
  • flour

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
  • 2 grease cookie sheet.
  • 3 in mixing bowl, cut cream cheese into biscuit mix until cornmeal consistency.
  • 4 add milk until dough is moistened.
  • 5 place dough onto floured surface and knead 2-3 times (do not overknead or biscuits will be tough).
  • 6 use rolling pin to roll dough to desired thickness.
  • 7 cut biscuits with a round cookie cutter or biscuit cutter.
  • 8 place on cookie sheet.
  • 9 bake until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes.
