caramel cookie cups

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 large cream cheese
  • 1 cup oleo
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package caramels
  • 1/2 cup pet evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup oleo
  • 1/2 cup crisco
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 2/3 cup canned milk
  • chopped nuts (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix first 3 ingredients.
  • 2 roll in balls and form little crusts in tart pans.
  • 3 bake 350 degrees for 15 mins.
  • 4 'then mix caramel filling until smooth over low heat.
  • 5 fill cups with filling.
  • 6 cream first four ingredients for icing.
  • 7 add milk a little at a time.
  • 8 mix until smooth.
  • 9 put on top and sprinkle with nuts (optional).
