- 1 lb carrot
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
Recipe
- 1 slice the carrots into french fry-sized pieces and place on a cookie sheet.
- 2 melt butter and pour over carrots.
- 3 chop dill and sprinkle over carrots.
- 4 bake 400 degrees for about a half hour, adjusting cooking time if you want the carrots softer or "crispier".
