Carrot Fries

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb carrot
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 slice the carrots into french fry-sized pieces and place on a cookie sheet.
  • 2 melt butter and pour over carrots.
  • 3 chop dill and sprinkle over carrots.
  • 4 bake 400 degrees for about a half hour, adjusting cooking time if you want the carrots softer or "crispier".
