Chicken Strips

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast tenders
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • salt & pepper
  • 3 (4 ounce) envelopes crackers, crushed (keebler town house crackers)
  • 3 -6 tablespoons brown sugar (depends on how sweet you like them)
  • pepper
  • enough vegetable oil or butter, to brown chicken in big skillet

Recipe

  • 1 pour marinade ingredients and chicken into gallon size ziplock bag.
  • 2 refridgerate overnight.
  • 3 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 4 dip chicken into breading mixture and thoroughly coat.
  • 5 heat oil or butter in large skillet to medium high heat.
  • 6 brown each chicken strip.
  • 7 place on a cookie sheet with a cookie cooling rack in it.
  • 8 cover with foil.
  • 9 bake for 20 minutes.
  • 10 remove foil.
  • 11 bake for another 20 minutes.
