Chocolate Brownie Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup butter, melted
• 3 large eggs
• 1/2 cup cocoa

Recipe

• 1 add all ingredients in a mixing bowl. blend with electric mixer until all ingredients are moist and blended. with this recipe, i sometimes add another 1/2 cup each of sugar and flour to get a thicker consistency.
• 2 let the batter rest for about 10 minutes.
• 3 drop by the teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart. bake in a preheated oven at 375 for 7-9 minutes.
• 4 cool for 1 minute on pan and then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely.
