Chocolate Chip & Walnut Cookies (splenda)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/2 cup reduced-calorie margarine
  • 3/4 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chip
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray 2 cookie sheets with butter-flavored cooking spray.
  • 2 cream margarine and splenda together in a bowl using a sturdy spoon.
  • 3 stir in egg and vanilla.
  • 4 add flour, baking soda and salt.
  • 5 mix gently to combine (dough will be stiff).
  • 6 fold in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • 7 drop by tablespoonful to form 24 cookies.
  • 8 lightly flatten cookies with bottom of a glass sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 9 bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • 10 place cookie sheets on wire racks and cool.
