Ingredients

- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 1/2 cups almond meal
- 85 g dark chocolate, grated
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- 2 line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- 3 beat egg whites till soft peaks form.
- 4 fold in chocolate and marzipan.
- 5 using a cool spoon, place generous teaspoonfuls of mixture onto tray.
- 6 bake 15 minutes, cool on trays.
