Chocolate Walnut Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
- 185 g dark chocolate
- 125 g butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup chopped walnuts (or other nut of your choice hazelnuts work very well too)
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 170 degrees celcius.
- 2 grease a 20cm square cake pan and line the base with greaseproof paper.
- 3 melt chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
- 4 stir in sugar and eggs one at a time and beat well with a spoon.
- 5 stir in sifted flour and walnuts.
- 6 pour into cake pan and bake for 30 minutes.
- 7 cool in the pan and then cut into squares or bars.
