Christmas Snowball Cookies

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb butter, at room temperature,about
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (about 4 oz.)

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, with a mixer on medium speed, beat 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • 2 in a medium bowl, mix flour and baking powder.
