Daisy Duck's Salame

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 150 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, dark belgian preferred
  • 1 ounce curacao
  • 200 g cookies, petit beurre
  • wax paper

Recipe

  • 1 in a mixing bowl beat the sugar and the egg yolks together until they are fluffy.
  • 2 melt the butter in a bain-marie or carefully in the microwave, add it to the sugar & butter mixture & add the curacao mixing thoroughly.
  • 3 break up the cookies in a plastic zip-bag using a rolling pin or meat tenderizer.
  • 4 add them to the mixture and blend them in.
  • 5 pour the mixture out onto a big sheet of waxed paper and shape into a log.
  • 6 roll it up, seal the ends well and put in the fridge to harden a couple hours.
  • 7 slice and enjoy!
