Daisy Duck's Salame

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 150 g butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, dark belgian preferred
- 1 ounce curacao
- 200 g cookies, petit beurre
- wax paper
Recipe
- 1 in a mixing bowl beat the sugar and the egg yolks together until they are fluffy.
- 2 melt the butter in a bain-marie or carefully in the microwave, add it to the sugar & butter mixture & add the curacao mixing thoroughly.
- 3 break up the cookies in a plastic zip-bag using a rolling pin or meat tenderizer.
- 4 add them to the mixture and blend them in.
- 5 pour the mixture out onto a big sheet of waxed paper and shape into a log.
- 6 roll it up, seal the ends well and put in the fridge to harden a couple hours.
- 7 slice and enjoy!
