Decorated Spice Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons ginger
• 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon clove
• 1 cup margarine
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup karo dark corn syrup

Recipe

• 1 sift together flour, ginger, cinnamon and cloves.
• 2 mix margarine and sugar until fluffy; stir in karo syrup.
• 3 add dry ingredients.
• 4 do not chill dough!
• 5 roll out 1/8” thick on floured surface.
• 6 cut into shapes.
• 7 place on baking sheet.
• 8 bake in 350 degree f oven about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
• 9 cool and decorate.
