Chili Cheese Filled Sourdough Dip

Ingredients
- 1 loaf round sourdough loaf, unsliced
- 1 lb mild cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces green chili salsa (or more to taste)
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, diced
Recipe
- 1 slice top from bread and hollow out, reserving pieces for dipping.
- 2 layer half the cheese, half the salsa and half the chilies, repeat layers.
- 3 replace bread top and wrap loaf completely in foil.
- 4 bake on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
- 5 serve hot with reserved bread dippers, raw veggies or tortilla chips.
