Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened,no subs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 1/3 cups flour
Recipe
- 1 cream butter; gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
- 2 beat in egg and almond ext.
- 3 gradually blend in flour.
- 4 roll out on floured surface; cut with cookie cutters.
- 5 place on ungreased cookie sheets.
- 6 bake at 350* for 8 minutes.
- 7 remove at once to wire rack.
